Villa Verano sits on private acreage in Loxahatchee, Florida — room to spread out, easy for Palm Beach County families to reach, and about 20 minutes west of West Palm Beach. The graduate gets a real venue; you get a short drive home.
The celebration
Graduation season means every backyard in Palm Beach County is booked. Villa Verano is the upgrade: a private 5,500-square-foot estate in Loxahatchee where the graduate's friends and the whole family fit comfortably — pool, patio, fire pit and basketball court included.
Up to 70 guests across the pool deck, shaded patio and great room. Classmates by the pool, grandparents in the shade, everyone together.
Easy hosting
Villa Verano is rental-only: bring your own caterer or fire up the barbecue grill in the outdoor dining area. Your playlist, your photo slideshow, your timeline — the day runs your way.
Tables, chairs and catering are arranged separately. Early vendor access is available at $125 per hour so setup is done before the graduate arrives.
The night
Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so out-of-town family stays over and the graduate's closest friends don't have to leave when the party winds down. Estate stays start at $650 per night.
Pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day for winter graduates, and the gourmet kitchen handles the morning-after breakfast.
