Villa Verano gives your creative crowd the private estate upgrade: the whole 5,500-square-foot property, the courtyard pool, and no one else's party in the background.

Decorate bold, bring your own vendors, play your own music. The estate is booked to one group at a time, so your event looks and sounds like you — not like the venue's house package.

The estate

The courtyard pool and stone patio anchor the outdoor celebration, while the light-filled great room and covered poolside lounge carry the party through a rain shower or a late night. Your event flows inside and out, whatever the sky does.

Pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day. The fire pit keeps the evening going after sunset.

The whole crew under one roof.

Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so out-of-town friends and family skip the hotel and stay at the party. Estate stays start at $650 per night, with full weekend buyouts from $4,500.

The villa is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, and the gourmet kitchen makes the morning after feel like a vacation day.
