Set on private acreage in Loxahatchee, Florida, Villa Verano gives your birthday the space of a resort and the ease of a neighborhood venue — about 20 minutes west of West Palm Beach, with free on-site parking and the whole estate private to your group.
The party
Villa Verano turns birthdays — 30th, 40th, 50th and beyond — into private-estate parties. The courtyard pool anchors the day, the shaded patio holds dinner, and the fire pit and basketball court keep the night going after the cake.
Up to 70 guests celebrate across the pool deck, patio and great room, all private to your group. No venue curfew from a shared space, no strangers in your photos.
Food & music
Villa Verano is rental-only: bring the caterer you love, the DJ who knows your crowd, the taco truck, the private chef — your call. The outdoor dining area has a barbecue grill for a cookout-style birthday.
Tables, chairs and catering are arranged separately. Early vendor access is available at $125 per hour so everything is set before the first guest arrives.
The night
Six bedrooms sleep up to 15, so the birthday crew can keep celebrating instead of scattering at midnight. Estate stays start at $650 per night, and the gourmet kitchen covers the morning-after recovery brunch.
The villa is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, and pool heating is available from October through March for $150 per day if the party runs into the cooler months.
