From January through April, Wellington's restaurants fill with the show-season crowd. Host your crew at a private estate instead — the courtyard, the pool and room for up to 70 guests, all yours, minutes from Wellington International.
Trainer dinners, sponsor hospitality, team celebrations: the estate is booked to one group at a time, so your evening never shares the room with another party.
Derby day
Kentucky Derby day deserves more than a bar TV. Watch the race on the patio screen with mint juleps by the courtyard pool — hats encouraged, whole estate private to your party.
The covered poolside lounge and fire pit carry the celebration into the evening, rain or shine.
Afterparties
Horse-show afterparties, victory celebrations and season-end parties belong in a private space. No shared walls, no curfew pressure — just your people, your music and your vendors.

Equestrian weddings
Say your vows where your season happens. Our Micro-Wedding package from $3,900 covers 20 guests with the estate as your backdrop; full estate buyouts from $1,800 handle bigger guest lists, up to 70 standing or 60 seated.
Bring your own caterer, florist and photographer — Villa Verano is rental-only, with early vendor access at $125 per hour. Estate stays from $650 per night keep the wedding party on-site.
